I have been practicing yoga unknowingly since I was in elementary school, opting to never wear jeans because I couldn’t practice the splits.

I wasn’t always a yogi. I started as a gym rat, lifting weights and taking yoga even though it annoyed me for the slowness of it. I was an atheist who enjoyed hard rock and gangster rap and lifting heavy weight. Yoga slowly started changing me, as it allowed me to reconnect with my heart. I began meditating and had a transcendental experience that shifted my entire life perspective, and decided I wanted to teach yoga. A fortunate series of events led to me suddenly being put through yoga school, and now I have been teaching yoga for 9 years.

I currently teach yoga at Auberge Du Soleil, Solage in Calistoga, Alila Hotel, Carneros Inn, Indian Springs and for private clients and groups all over St. Helena and Calistoga.

I feel so lucky every single day that I have the honor and priviledge to practice yoga and share it with others!

No matter if you’re completely new to yoga, or you’ve been practicing for years, I would be honored to work with you. I am certified with Yoga Alliance since 2015, and I have insurance.
